  3. SDCOC • Also know as a PTAC. • PTAC = national program partially funded by the U.S. DOD. • Over 200 centers nation wide individually. • Programs hosted by educational institutions or private non-profits. • Each center responsible for raising other half of operating funds.

SDCOC Mission • Mission: To assist San Diego County small businesses in how to do business with federal, state and local government agencies. • Eligibility: Any small business that has a product or service that is purchased by government agencies. • Cost: There is no cost to the small businesses who receive these services.

  10. Construction Plan Room • Receive plans for local construction projects from 30-40 local public agencies. • Physical plans room: view only • Call first to make sure we have the project’s plans before coming. (619-285-7020)
