  4. Use daily paper based PDP for recording targets. Use electronic PDP for half-term/termly reviews Beckie to upload SLDD termly review sheet on PDP Beckie to enrol LSAs onto the courses they support Beckie to design an accessible versions for Steps 1-2 and Steps 3- 4 Solutions…

Simplify the language used for titles My ‘PDP’ targets rather than just targets Add ILP review document to PDP: ILPs\ILP termly review.docx Add ILP document to PDP: ILPs\Core ILP.docx Add in a pictorial representation of attendance %s e.g. pie chart or gauge Colour the actual attendance %s red, amber, green Step 4, Witney Suggestions for Beckie

Swap the symbols/pictures used for Celebrate Success (bell) and Concerns/Disciplinaries (star) Add Incident report form/format and Disciplinary Stage 1 form/format to Concerns/Disciplinaries plus a comment box.
