This year, we celebrate 25 years of serving over 5000 schools and more than a million families.

Advantages of FACTS for Families • Online, real-time information through a secure, password protected Web site: view payments made, future scheduled payments and adjustments. • Pay ahead & apply payments • Catch up a missed payment • Switch between multiple banking accounts • Payments broken down by line item • Manage your account

  4. How FACTS works: • Current families enrolled in FACTS and returning for the subsequent school year need not re-register on the FACTS tuition Managment Program. New families may choose one of the following options. • Prepay entire tuition bill with a 3% discount through a single banking or credit card payment by June 20,2012. Registration using FACTS tuition management program is required for this option; banking or credit card information will be requested. • Prepay entire tuition bill with a 3% discount by remitting a check to FACTS Tuition Management Company by June 20, 2012 . No exceptions to this date will be made. Registration using FACTS tuition management program is required for this option; only family demographic information will be requested. • Automatic Electronic debit via FACTS Tuition Management Program on the 20th of each month July 2012 through May 2013. Registration on FACTS tuition management is required for this option; banking and/or credit card information will be requested.

  5. Payment Options: If you are an STM school family currently registered on the FACTS Tuition Management Program you DO NOT need to re register for a subsequent year. All new Families: • Prepay entire tuition bill with a 3% discount through a single banking or credit card payment by June 20,2012.   6. What happens if an automatic payment (direct debit) is missed (NSF)? • Notification is sent to the parent • The school is notified • A “reattempt” will be made 15 days later, giving you time to replenish your account. • A $30 insufficient funds (NSF) fee will be assessed by FACTS 5 days later • Your bank may also assess a fee. • Pay in full families will be assessed a $100.00 late fee if payment is not received by June 20, 2012.

  7. What if there’s a family hardship? • Contact the school office immediately • FACTS can modify automatic payments two (2) days in advance of payment due date • That’s why we send you an email notice four (4) days in advance of your payment. • FACTS does not change terms of the payment agreement without school/parish authorization.

  8. How to Enroll in FACTS if you are a new STM family • Links are on www.stmcs.org • Family sets up account with FACTS • Select payment plan and payment method • Family receives confirmation email
