  3. Talk – Parents of cdm youth Father Bernard to address parents of youth from the CDM parish. Sunday – October 2nd Faustina Hall Time – 11.00 am

  4. Youth Activities/ Events. First Youth Activity Kick Off • Youth Coffee Morning – Sunday 16th October, 10.30am @ Faustina Hall • Aikido Demonstration by Llewellyn McGivern, Aikido Master Sugano 8th Dan Black Belt holder.

  5. Info on Aikido – A Japanese martial art which means : the way of peace • Not a combat but rather a means of self-cultivation and improvement • Not in tournaments, contest or ‘sparring’. • No gender or age disadvantage in learning. • Good exercise • Registration on the 16th October after demonstration. • Beginners – 8 weeks introductory course • Nominal fee – RM50 for 8 weeks course
