  3. Group 1-Institutional Activities • Education and Awareness Objective: To establish and effective education and awareness program on waste management by 2009 Activities: 1. Develop appropriate/relevant education mechanisms and systems at all levels of community (political, institutional, general public & private sector) 2. create awareness for top political management. By Who: DEC, DOH, DPLLG, DOE, DCD, PGs, ULLGs How Much: K2M

Undertake needs assessment at all levels (National, Provincial, LLG) 2. From the outcome of (A1) above, establish appropriate systems and programs By Who: DEC, DOH, PLLG, PGs and ULLGs How Much: K2M
