  3. First New Housing on Public Land Arlington Mill Opens • 122 new units, 80% at 2/3BR • 13 supportive housing, including new studio wing • 26 units at 50% AMI

  4. Affordable for sixty more years Arna Valley View Apartments • Purchased from Avalon Bay and Bank of America • 101 units built 2001 • 33% at 45% AMI and 33% at 50% AMI • 65% 2BR and 3BR

  5. Redevelop APAH property near Ballston Metro The Springs Existing: 27 units Built in 1963 ½ mile from Metro • To start construction late 2014: • 104 new units and APAH office • Site Plan approved in record time • AHIF approved • 2014 tax credits expected

  6. Without new subsidy… Bought out co-general partner of Parc Rosslyn Apartments Renovating historic Calvert Manor and bought out limited partner
