This may be phone or email contact. Web Page – if applicable Course description (from catalog) including credit hours and prerequisites and or corequisiteshttp://www.valenciacc.edu/catalog/ Text and Materials Required Evaluation process – should include evaluation process and grade standards Attendance policy New “W” policy, final exam policy

Syllabus Check List Faculty specific cheating policy (suggested) Make-up policy Important Dates (withdrawl deadline to receive a “W” and Final Exam) Tentative schedule - It does not have to be extremely detailed (although it certainly may be as detailed as the instructor would like), but should give an indication of time spent on various topics.   8. Spring 2010 Schedule • The norm will be 12 contact hours • If we have to exceed 12 contact hours, priority will be given by seniority (for now) • Please indicate on your info form when you started teaching at VCC (semester & year)
