FFM Pro Overview • About FFM Pro • New package launched on 09/29/2011 • FFM Pro replaces FFM Premium • Key differences between Premium and Pro • New pricing • Audible turn by turn directions removed from app, but integrates easily with VZNavigator (subscription may be required) or Google Maps Navigation (on Android devices)

  6. New Field Force Manager Pricing Effective Sept 29, 2011 Field Force Manager: Field Force Manager is only available to businesses with five or more business lines of service. Subject to specific terms of use. Field Force Manager is only available in the National Enhanced Services Rate and Coverage Area. Downloading the Field Force Manager application will require approximately 2 MB of data. * Field Force Manager is available on select Basic Phones and 3G Smartphones. Field Force Manager Pro may not be available on all Basic Phones and 3G /4G Smartphones. † Data usage for downloading and using FFM may apply and be billed in accordance with your Plan, feature or package. Field Force Manager is not available over Wi-Fi networks.

  7. New Pricing, Simply Put • FFM Pro is available for just $25. • Smartphone customers must have a 2GB or larger data plan. • Basic phone customers can add FFM Pro and a 75MB Data Bundle for just $35. • Sign up before 12/31/11 to get VZ Navigator and Mobile Email for no extra charge.

New Field Force Manager Bundles • Notes: • * Bundle pricing will remain in effect as long as subscriber keeps Push to Talk and Field Force Manager service on a mobile number. • ** FFM Only plan is available on select Basic Phones. Regular voice calls are blocked to all numbers other than 911 and 611. If this block is removed, regular domestic voice calls will be 25¢ per minute.

Device Status • Field Force Manager Pro is available on all Field Force Manager devices • 4G Devices • FFM application is ready and can now be provisioned on these 4G devices: • HTC Thunderbolt • Samsung Droid Charge • Android v2.3 “Gingerbread” • FFM is currently not compatible with Gingerbread and Honeycomb. A software update is under development.

Government Sales Opportunities • FFM has won significant business in state and local government accounts • NY Dept of Sanitation • Baltimore Police Department • DCS New York City • City of Chicago • FFM has competitive advantage because it’s on most VZW government price lists • No vendor approval required • No need to go to bid • Look for new government sales opportunities in your cities and leverage the government pricing for a slam-dunk win • Think: Departments of: Safety, Sanitation/Public Works, Inspection, Social Services

New FFM On-Boarding Process  • Any account with upside for 30+ FFM activations will have a dedicated Project Manager from Xora assigned to the account • 10 - 30 unit accounts will have a Support staff person provide one-to-one scheduled training • Streamlined improvements across the board on all support escalations

New Account Outreach • Xora FFM RSMs to reach out to EVERY single new FFM customer • About 65 new customers per week • Determine the needs of the account and provide sales support accordingly • The goal is to provide personal interaction within days of activation to maximize customer satisfaction and retention
