Architecture and Engineering Services • A/E Task Order Contracts: • Fixed Price IDIQ (task order) contracts – 5 years • Perform the “Heavy lifting” of A/E needs for GRC. • 4 firms under contract – expire mid-July 2014. • Procurement for next set of contracts in underway. • Goal is to award 4 contracts by early June 2014 • On-site Support: • Cost plus 5 year contract for NASA Glenn engineering services • Facility Engineering is one small piece ~10% • Provides an augmentation to civil servant staff to support ongoing operations, troubleshooting, and standards development • Stand alone A/E procurements and GSA support • As needed for large projects, typically over $25M in construction.

Construction Services • GMACC – Glenn Multiple Award Construction Contract • Pre - Solicitation issued; Accepting offers soon! • 10 fixed price IDIQ (task order) contracts to be issued. • 5 year contracts, maximum aggregate value $200M+ • Small Business focus • 2 – Hub Zone • 2 – 8a • 2 – women owned • 2 – Service Disable Veteran Owned. • 2 – Small businesses under NAICS 236220 • Industry Day: March 31th, 2014 - 10am. • Task orders to be awarded on a “best value” basis. • Construction Management • 5 year cost plus contract, Currently finishing year 1. • Provide construction management services, field inspection, and surveying services.
