ACTIVITIES IN PROGRESSNEED EVERYBODY FOR OVERALL SUCCESS, BUT WILL START WITH REGIONAL MEMBERSHIP CHAIRS • Working on flow of membership • Develop a relationship with Regional Membership Chairs • Help educate Regional Membership Chairs on the capabilities of Club Express – exam. upload photo • Becoming more visible and spreading the word of benefits of being a Member of NBCFAE • Promoting jobs – email blast

  15. ACCOMPLISHMENTS & activities • Club Express’s functionality • Establish nationwide communications amongst members. • Build relationships and be an advocate for FAA minorities who are treated unfairly or unjust. • New Membership Supplies • Voting & Elections

  16. ISSUES & CONCERNS • All Membership types other than Active • Bad emails 41 vs. 98 • Wrong addresses • Voting/Elections – “42” Returned Ballots

WHAT’S NEW electronic Voting • Cost savings • Increased participation rates with a few clicks • Better informed voters (42 returned ballots) • Reduced administration • Create and deploy ballot quickly and with ease • Integrity of the vote • Instant runoffs • Last minute changes to the ballot • No need for recounts

Other Ideas • Share your ideas and recruitment efforts, so other regions can participate or piggyback off your ideas. • Challenge our Membership to join me quarterly in a service project, such as Habitat for Humanity. This will be a great way to get to know each other, possibly recruit non-members, but more importantly impact your community. The people you invite to help in the home build or renovation, will experience firsthand the rewarding service NBCFAE performs while getting to know one another and/or potential members. Everyone is a prospective member, until they say no!
