  2. Data Review • GOLD – Math Goal- Children will connect numerals with their quantities • Based on Data from: Teaching Strategies GOLD Fall 2012 • ISD Area GSRP compiled data (Collected 11-30-12-Snapshot Report) • Widely Held Expectations • Below- 39% • Meets- 56% • Exceeds- 5%

  3. Child Development Goal: Teaching Strategies GOLD • Math Objective 20 c • Uses number concepts and operations. • c. Connects numerals with their quantities. GOAL 80 % of the GSRP students will be “Meeting or Exceeding Expectations” on Teaching Strategies GOLD Objective 20c. by May 2013

  4. PQA Form A- Classroom PQA II-D, II-F Planning and Recall – • GOAL- Most GSRP Classrooms will be at a level 4 out of 5 on PQA this spring • Coaches will provide strategies to staff who will implement in class • Share ideas at Mar 11 PLC

PQA Form B – Program PQA Form B- Program Items V-D - Staff and Parents will exchange information about curriculum … Especially Math objectives 20 a,b,c as a focus for V-D as we need parent support to increase student outcomes in early numeracy development. • Include parents in the process of goal setting for their child based on the GOLD objectives for their child at conferences and home visits. Spr. 2013 • Include information in newsletters about student growth and learning related the GOLD objectives and the Creative Curriculum and classroom activities. • Provide home connection activities related to individual and group objectives. When: Feb, March, April and May 2013 • Could include a Calendar of Activities- a few a week to not overwhelm a parent • Home kits • CARES Kits
