Main Achievements • Significant & Good progress on : • To assess the impact of Baseline II & Baseline III Approach • To figure out Baseline II vs Baseline III Datalink capabilities • To figure out the Scope of the Standards (SPR & INTEROP) • To discuss B1/B2/B3 Backward Compatibility & Accommodation scenarios • To consolidate the CSG Work Plan for 2011 • To Trigger the CPDLC Message Set Assessment • To review & to validate the CPDLC Message Set Assessment Process & Tool • To coordinate with other Message Set Assessment initiatives • To review the ACM Scenario Changes • To avoid redundancy between SPR/INTEROP (IRs moved to SPR(ORs), and OM • Tables removed from the Interop) • To simplify ACM Scenarios (including SDA Scenario) • More flexibility, allowing termination of CPDLC before or after Voice Comm • To fix the following CPDLC issues: • Handling of Open Dialogues during the CPDLC transfer • Latency Time check 2

Main Achievements • To review the FIS Application vs D-OTIS, D-RVR & D-HZWX Changes • To avoid redundancy between SPR/INTEROP (IRs moved to SPR(ORs), and OM Tables removed from the Interop) • FIS Contract Replacement & Cancellation/Abort • To progress on FANS Accommodation (including DCL) • To progress on ATS Definition / Environment Description Section • To review the Thomas MUSTACH proposal (POS-PL-Airspace Change 10Jan2011.doc) • No progress on : • To figure out ADS-C Abnormal Modes • To Progress on PDRs/Comments Resolutions • 36 “New/Working” PDRs & 71 SPR Open Comments • News comments received from Honeywell of FIS • New comments received from FAA on CPDLC • To progress on ADS-C OSD (FLIPINT vs IER) 3
