  6. ‘non-Affected’ (Info Only) You may not have been shipped that particular Lot Code or Sell-by date. ‘non-Affected’ (i.e. “Info Only”): no “Qty Removed” Column to report Qty. Just ‘Verify’ that you’ve been informed.
