NEWSPAPER PROJECT Create a school newspaper Newspaper must include the following grammar: • Direct and indirect object pronouns • Present tense verbs: regular and irregular • Preterite verbs: regular and irregular • Demonstrative adjectives and pronouns • Reflexive Verbs • Present Progressive • Pronouns after prepositions • Imperfect verbs: regular and irregular • Commands: usted, ustedes, and tú (affirmative and negative) • Pronoun placement wih commands • Affirmative and negative words • Present subjunctive with ojalá and subjunctive with impersonal expressions • Por and Para • Comparatives • Superlatives

PARTS OF THE NEWSPAPER • Front page with name of newspaper, date, and name of city • Front page must have a photo or an illustration • Articles must have a title • Articles must include a byline. (The byline on a newspaper article gives the name, and often the position, of the writer of the article. Bylines are traditionally placed between the headline and the text of the article.) • There must be at least a total combination of seven photos and/or illustrations with color . • Include sport section • Include an editorial section • Include a business section
