  9. MALFORMACIONES BRONCOPULMONARES: • Conclusiones: • La indicación más frecuente de toracotomía en la edad pediatrica son las MBP y bronquiectasias. • MAQ es la malformación pulmonar mas frecuente. • Bronquiectasias es la causa mas frecuente de lobectomía en lesiones pulmonares adquiridas.

  10. MALFORMACIONES BRONCOPULMONARES: • Conclusiones: • Las MBP se diagnostican con ecografía antenatal, Distress Resp. del RN o por infecciones • Morbimortalidad se presenta en pacientes con comorbilidad asociada o pacientes con bronquiectasias

  11. MALFORMACIONES BRONCOPULMONARES: • Conclusiones: • Lobectomías en pacientes con MBP es una cirugía segura con escasas complicaciones • La cirugía oportuna disminuye el riesgo de infección y de malignización
