To assess students on demonstrating the following: listens to the rules of the game before play begins so that they are aware of any variations being implemented; follows the rules set up by the instructor even if they are different from what the student may previously have been taught; provides leadership by stepping out of the game when they have been eliminated without arguing with the other players; shakes hands with opponents and officials at the end of the game; does not argue with the officials. Purpose

  4. Students were divided into groups of five. They then played a five minute game of 4-Square after being read the rules of the game. After play was over, we assessed the students on whether or no they demonstrated the affective skills asked of them before play began. Review of Test

  10. Uneven playing surface • Have a smaller ball • Make lines straighter so no confusion or arguments would be made on whether it was out or in. Problems

  11. Possibly find a flat service or more space • Provide a small ball to challenge the students to protect their territory • Have a printed out list on the exact rules so no questions Changes
