  3. ENVIRONMENTAL PARKMISSION Instilltheimportance of environmentalsustainabilityonthe ATS communitywhileenjoyingitsgreatfacilities.

  4. Original Project includes: • Palapa – 12-m diameter • Pier – 12 m long • Aerationsystemforthefishpond (already in place) • Brickroad • Picnic tables • Bathroooms (already in place)

  5. Mainpurposes : • Provide a natural outdoorteaching and researchspace • Improvetheamenity and aesthetics of the ATS campus • Provide a link betweenteaching and learning and the local ecology • Providehabitatfor a range of nativeplants and animals • Provide a spaceforleisureactivitiesthatpromotetheappreciation of nature and healthyfamily and social relationships

  6. General Rules: • Only reusable materialsallowed • Use of “palapa”, picnic tables, and otherserviceswithpreviousreservationwithout a feeforschoolpurposes, with a feeforoutside & extracurricular purposes • Petson a leash and withmandatorydisposal of wastes

ENVIRONMENTAL PARKVISION Anareathatprovidesopportunitiesforincreasingawareness and appreciation of our natural resources, and forlearningabout and practicingenvironmentalsustainabilityduringleisure and recreationalactivities. Thefollowingslides show examples of thecomponents of thisvision. Let’sworktogethertowardschangingthemtoincludeourstudentssoon!
