  3. 9.00: Welcome in Library (LH & KR) 9.15 – 10: Treasure Hunt in Library (CW) 10 – 11am: Connections 2010 in Library (DB) 11.00:MORNING TEA PROVIDED - staffroom 11.30 – 1.30: Support site, Year Levels in locations (LH) 1.30: SHARED LUNCH (or own lunch) - staffroom 2.30 – 3.30: Collaborative Spaces, Individual Work (CW & DB) 3.30 – 4pm:Sharing and De-briefing in Library (LH & KR) 9th August run down

Year Level Groups • Now move with your Ultranet Lead User to your new location, remembering that your Ultranet Lead User needs to also work with their Year Level or Specialist Group. • Lisa – ICT Learning Centre with Specialists, Admin, SSO teams • Debbie – Library with the Year Prep to Two teams • Cassie – Room 5 with the Year Three to Six teams • Tasks: • Viewing spaces that team members have created • Available spaces to your team • HPPS how to space • Creating a Community Space • How we can support each other with spaces

Individual Work Create the Collaborative Space for your class: perhaps include homework, projects, literacy and numeracy links (see note below) At a future staff meeting, we will brainstorm items that are expected – so that students/parents know what they will be able to access across each year level and there is consistency Collaborative Learning Spaces
