Family Science Night is all about the scientific process – a great way to solve problems and answer questions. Families will perform fun, easy experiments together and use the scientific process to explore the results ,and why they occurred, with the help of teachers and volunteers. In addition there will be: • YUMMY REFRESHMENTSfor students and parents! • The “Peabody on the Road” Exhibit - TOUCHABLEPeabody Museum artifacts for families to enjoy under the guidance of knowledgeable museum volunteers. • Hands-On demonstrations and experiments for you to do! Why should you go? Learning the scientific process is useful in solving all kinds of problems, not just science; it can help students design a great science fair project and be ready for the city-wide Science Fair!
