Goal One: Align Modules to Problems of Leadership Practice • Survey leadership preparation programs concerning the content areas or courses for which the modules would be developed (SLPPS and Social Justice Center surveys) • Discuss results from the SLPPS Program Feature Survey and the Survey of Social Justice Content • Six Institutions Select Curricular Area • Develop a needs assessment designed to understand the challenges facing practicing leaders in each curricular area • Analyze results to determine the areas of focus for modular content and experiences • Developing the 6 Modules and Powerful Learning Experiences
