DUAL ENROLLMENT GRANT • Do the Dual Enrollment Grant on Line at: http://www.tn.gov/CollegePays/mon college/dual enroll grant rules.htm • DEG –Rules/Procedures/Requirements are visible on this web page • The Dual Enrollment Grant pays up to $300 per semester up to $600 per academic year toward college tuition. The exceptions follow:

  4. DUAL ENROLLMENT GRANT • High school juniors and seniors may take (4) courses ($300 DEG per term) up to $1200 total in dual enrollment grant funds. Additional funding allows for $300 more per term if registered in 6 credit hours or more (receiving $600 per term).* • *For additional DEG funding , the student must meet Hope Scholarship eligibility requirements (3.0 GPA or an ACT composite of 21 or above). • *Funding for additional courses beyond $1200 will be deducted $ for $ from the Hope Scholarship.

DUAL ENROLLMENT GRANT • Before the school can certify additional DEG funding, the student and parent/legal guardian need to sign the WSCCDual Enrollment Grant Program Additional Courses Agreement Form • Please use WSCC’s new Dual Enrollment Program/Advanced Studies Enrollment Permission and Dual Enrollment Additional Course Program Consent Form. See your guidance office, Distance Education Office, or a printable version maybe found online at: www.ws.edu/admissions/apply

Fall 2013FEE PAYMENT CALENDARStudents may view account balances via STARNET beginning July 22, 2013All campuses begin accepting payments July 22 *$25.00 Late registration fee assessed beginning August 24th for new registrations and re-registrations for schedules dropped due to non-payment of fees. **Morristown Campus. Contact all other campuses for specific hours. • Payment Options: • Pay in full at any campus Cashier Office M-F, 8 am - 4pm • Pay in full on-line via STARNET with a credit card (VISA/MasterCard/Discover) or electronic check. • Sign up for an automatic payment plan via STARNET. $25.00 processing fee. Read all information carefully before agreeing to the payment options. • Financial Aid (including student loans) must be posted to student account by deadline and must cover outstanding balance to confirm enrollment. • Third party authorizations must be received 24 hours prior to fee payment deadline to allow for processing by deadline and must cover outstanding balance to confirm enrollment. • Payment of all fees confirms your enrollment, your class schedule, and your seat in the courses registered.
