Application Process • Apply online • www.applytolee.com • Discount code : FLAMES2019 • Submit high school transcripts and ACT or SAT scores to Lee University Admissions • Drop-off at Admissions Office or email to Ashley Wilson at ashleywilson@leeuniversity.edu • If your student has dual enrolled previously at another college or university, they must also send their official transcripts from that school

Class Selection & Registration • Communicate with Dual Enrollment Coordinator regarding which class the student would like to take and the times that the student is available • Contact DE Coordinator for guidance or help finding a course • Once I know which class a student would like to take, I will manually register the student • Dual enrollment students are eligible to take any Lee University course, as long as they meet the prerequisite requirements. However, the grant may only be applied to 100 or 200 level courses.

  5. Recommended Classes • Recent American History • Foundations of Western Culture • College Writing • Rhetoric and Research (ACT English subscore of 25) • Psychology • Introduction to Statistics • Music in Culture

  6. TN Dual Enrollment Cost Dual enrollment classes at Lee are $450 + $50 registration fee. This includes: • Course credit • Parking permit • Student ID • All other student services (Rec Center, theatre productions, sporting events) **Lab fees and books are charged separately. These costs are not covered by the grant. Some classes require you to purchase a book bundle. This will be added to your bill.

TN Dual Enrollment Grant • Apply online at www.tn.gov/collegepays • The deadline to apply for the grant is September 15th, 2019 • To receive the grant for one class, you must meet Lee DE admission requirements (19 on ACT and 3.0 HS GPA) • To receive the grant for one additional class per semester, student must have a 21 on the ACT or 3.0 HS GPA and maintain college GPA of 2.75. • Grant cannot be applied to more than two classes a semester • Students can only send the grant to one school

  8. Dual Enrollment Grant • In order to receive the Lee DE scholarship, you must be sending your DE grant to Lee and have a 2.75 cumulative college GPA. • You can begin pulling money from your TN Hope for the 5th - 8th classes. You can get up to $100 per credit hour.
