  5. Science Curriculum: Animals, Science & Technology, Simple Machines, Sound & Light

  6. Social Studies curriculum: Native Americans, Explorers, Colonies & American Revolution

  7. Student Expectations Be Prepared, Be Responsible, Be Respectful! Follow the Character Counts 6 Pillars and The Golden Rule. Class Disruptions will lead to a call home, detention and Bell Oaks Step Plan. Class Incentives include “Riddle Fridays” and “Ticket Drawings”

  8. Grading Policy 25% Tests and Projects 25% Quizzes 25% Classwork 10% Homework 15% Participation and Preparedness* *All students start with 100% each marking period. Points are deducted for not being prepared.
