SOUTH WEST OVERALL SCORES AGAINST NATIONAL AVERAGE • 2/38 Above national average (better than) • % experiencing physical violence from staff in last 12 months • % having equality and diversity training in last 12 months • 2/38 Below national average (worse than) • % satisfied with quality of work and patient care they are able to deliver • Work pressure felt by staff
