  1. Overall TOPOFF Site Updates https://oeenterprise.army.mil/isrtopoff/home/default.aspx • Fixed automated message format when users create accounts, reset passwords, or request password reset. • Fixed issue with NIPR Change Password page, it now forces users to login before visiting this page. Before anonymous users were allowed on the page, however they couldn’t see the change password controls because they were not logged in. • SIPR Site configured to allow InfoPath forms • SIPR Site configured to use preview features • Fixed an issue with the SIPR master page, rebuilt it to mirror the NIPR master more closely, also updated the CSS to mirror NIPR CSS more closely. This creates a standard between the two sites and will enable any future site managers to more easily administer these sites.

  2. Preview Feature Added a preview feature, which allows users to preview a document they wish to open. Any files that have binoculars over them are available for preview. –Click on this icon to preview— • This “quickly” opens a viewing window for the document • Flip through slides • Full view mode • Download option • Reviews – people can rate a product and post their personal review on that product. SIPR site is also now configured to do this

  3. Team Corner https://oeenterprise.army.mil/isrtopoff/home/Team/default.aspx • Main Page • Fixed issue with opening battle roster. Best way to do this is “right click” file name and “save target as”. If you come across more excel files on the site that do not open correctly let us know, this fix has to be done to each document library excel files are loaded to. • Added a temporary section for instructors to view courseware and seek approval, working on a permanent place for this • Calendar (beta testing) • Upgraded calendar, synchronized it with battle roster • Events (beta testing) (not active) • Submit Travel Request has been set up on Team Corner. Click on EVENTS button. Click Submit Travel Request. Top left click new. This will open an excel spreadsheet that can be edited. When complete just click save. Make sure to use a unique name to save the file as. Your save will fail if you try to overwrite another document. A possible naming convention could be Brian Rood-3BCT4ID HST- 5Aug13. No matter what name you use we will be able to track down your request, though using a proper naming convention makes things easier. • Submit Travel Request is currently not active, if you wish to test the system submit any requests you want (you do not need to fill out spreadsheet just save it). The test data will be cleared out when this goes active. • Mange Travel Request – used by HQs in receive and approve travel requests. • HST Event Request form has been built. This will be used to request future HST events. Approved events by the HST LOE Chief will by added to the TOPOFF Calendar. • Mange HST Requests – allows HST LOE Chief to manage and approve HST requests

  4. Team Corner https://oeenterprise.army.mil/isrtopoff/home/Team/default.aspx • Request for Support (beta) • Form will notify R&D that you have a request for production, research, etc... List added to site in order to track requests and progress. • See RFS slides at the end for specific information on RFS system • Professional Development • Professional Development Section space is created under the Team Corner page. Content to be discussed. • Event Journal (beta) • Directed by Steve to be used for reporting status on current events. Journal entries will be tagged allowing the team as a whole track a unit through their life cycle based on the input from instructors in the field. More to follow in coming weeks..

  5. Home Station Training https://oeenterprise.army.mil/isrtopoff/home/HST/default.aspx • NIPR • 5/13/13 • Public page is open to all ISR guests. • Created internal HST site for private documents to be shared to ISR TOPOFF members. • Document library added to public page for HST resources (handbooks, smart cards, etc..) • Document Library added to public page for HST approved training products • Added AOR field to Event document library to track where units for specific events are deploying (SIPR as well) • HST Internal – moved HST templates to the internal site • HST Internal – beta testing a journal entry/blog feature, we use to provide journal entries after every training event to enable to HST LOE chief to identify training issues, looking at implementing a better version of this old system

  6. Home Station Training https://oeenterprise.army.mil/isrtopoff/home/HST/default.aspx • 5/20/13 • added Alternate Start/End Dates to your form Request form. End date automatically populates based on start date( end date = start date + 3), though you can change this end date to whatever you want • HST can now remove events from the calendar by setting an "approved" event to "undetermined" or "rejected". These events will not be deleted... Just hidden from everyone but yourself and HQs (Joann). • Now any HST events that Joann makes in the Calendar will backwards populate into the HST Event list that LOE controls. This is important because she is exporting everything from her outlook calendar to sharepoint, so now you can make changes or remove the things she creates or add things to these entries. • fixed some permission issues that I saw would have stopped you from making events show up in calendar • gave Ray permission to approve events • Ray tested all these new features to make sure they work. So far no bugs..

  7. Combat Training Center https://oeenterprise.army.mil/isrtopoff/home/CTC/default.aspx • NIPR • CTC Public page is to be open to all guests. • Created internal CTC site for private documents/reports to be shared to ISR TOPOFF members. • Multiple Document libraries added to public page to host CTC resources, handbooks, FMs, References, examples, etc.. This data is just replicated from the ISR Disk that was recently created for CTC • CTC Internal – Made document libraries for NTC, JMRC, and JRTC reports

  8. Mission Command Training Program https://oeenterprise.army.mil/isrtopoff/home/MCTP/default.aspx • NIPR • Main page is to be open to all ISR guests. • MCTP Briefings document library added to host MCTP specific briefs • Created internal MCTP site for private documents/reports to be shared to ISR TOPOFF members. • MCTP Internal – Moved AAR library to the internal site

  9. ISRMAT https://oeenterprise.army.mil/isrtopoff/home/ISRMAT/default.aspx • SIPR • On SIPR added site collections for RC-S, RC-E, RC-SW, and IJC. ISRMAT reps for their respective RCs are able to manage files on these sites. • Rebuilt ISRMAT SIPR web page to correct an issue with web parts “bleeding” into incorrect zones, this was screwing up the way the page displayed, and had the potential to get worse as the site grew. It is now fixed.
