Key Organizations • Incident Command/Unified Command – responsible for overall incident management by development and implementation of strategic decisions • Emergency Operations Center(EOC) – a pre-designated facility typically used to coordinate internal agency resources in support of an incident • Joint Field Office (JFO) – location of PFO and responsible for coordination of all federal activities in support of incident

OR… organize in a way that assures effective data and information flow throughout the response organization?
