Education Salary Credit General Information • To be eligible for salary increases for the subsequent year, all coursework, transcripts and supporting documentation must be completed and submitted through iVisionsno later than February 15th of each year. • To request pre-approval of a course or to submit your completed courses, you mustalways use iVisions. Salary Credit • The allocation of monies for Professional Growth for future school years is determined by the Governing Board annually based on available funding. • Teachers who submitted eligible coursework (meeting the requirements in Meet and Confer), may be compensated and the rate will be determined by the Governing Board. (Currently, the rate is $80 per credit hour)

  4. Salary Credit • Teachers on Option A (pay as you go option) received $80 per credit hour(pro-rated to FTE) for all eligible courses for this year. To know which courses are eligible, please check iVisions. • Teachers on Option B the (one time 15 credit option) completed 15 credit hours prior to February 15th were compensated for all 15 hours. For this year, if a teacher on Option B accrued more than 15 hours, all credit hours submitted were compensated at the rate of $80 per credit hour (pro-rated to FTE) for this year. Option A Option B

Looking Ahead… • All decisions regarding compensation are determined by the Governing Board and based on availability of funds. • All coursework must be completed and submitted through iVisions by February 15 of the current year, to be eligible for possible compensation in the following school year.
