WIC EBT Operations Scenario • We use a BackOffice PC to download / upload files to / from the WIC EBT Host • At the beginning of the day, the BackOffice PC aggregates files and distributes them to the POS Terminals • At the end of the day, the FM Manager transfers the claim files from each POS terminal to his Backoffice PC and submits them to the WIC EBT host for settlement ii2P, L.L.C. 2011 Confidential Information

Farmers’ Actions • Beginning of the Day – the Farmer does the following: • Receives the Mobile POS terminal from the FM Manager • Performs Transactions • Enters his unique code to identity himself • He perform the transaction to purchase fruits / vegetables • Farmer can optionally print a Transaction Summary Receipt for himself • End of the Day – the Farmer does the following: • Each farmer prints out an EOD report summarizes the day’s transactions, by farmer • Each farmer returns the Mobile POS terminal to the FM manager ii2P, L.L.C. 2011 Confidential Information

Farmers’ Actions Key Tenants • During Transactions • Each transaction is traceable to the indiv farmer and to the POS terminal • When the farmer inputs his ID, his name will appear on the POS terminal • The farmer’s name will remain until another farmer logs in his ID • When the POS terminal is shared with another farmer, that new farmer inputs his ID and his name appears • Training • Will use training cards to support training transactions ii2P, L.L.C. 2011 Confidential Information

FMA Manager’s BackOffice • Beginning of the Day – the FMA Manager: • Downloads from WIC EBT Host the updated HCL and APL files into his BackOffice PC • Transfers the daily master file to each POS terminal to be used • Distributes the POS terminals to the farmers • End of the Day – the FMA Manager: • Collects each POS terminal and prints an EOD report from each • Transfers the terminal claim files into his BackOffice PC and clears each POS terminal • Prints a report of all the day’s transactions from all POS terminals in a daily aggregated claim report • Uploads the FM claim files to the WIC host • Retrieves the ARFs and CEFs and reconciles the claims with the payments • Generates a Settlement File ii2P, L.L.C. 2011 Confidential Information

Training / Documentation • We pre-review the needs of each FMA – equipment needs, and its training & documentation needs (English or Spanish) • Computer-assisted instruction (CAI) is available 24 x 7 via the custom FMA portal • We provide a User Guide for the FMA Manager • We provide laminated Quick Reference Guides (in English or Spanish) for each farmer • All training materials and documentation will be on the Website for download upon demand ii2P, L.L.C. 2011 Confidential Information
