About APK-DK (STDM) The computerized diagnostic system of dispatch control APK-DK (STDM) is developed by LLC “KIT” is intended for technical diagnostics of railway automatic equipment, optimization of maintenance process and the function of controlling the information flow to the passengers. The system is realized as a multilevel hardware and software complex for the collection, storage, analysis, and reporting on data. Collection of diagnostic information from multiple systems and signaling equipment is performed using controllers of our own development, compatible with all modern Russian and European systems. Storage and data processing occurs on selected data-centers or in the Cloud. Access to data is provided via client-server technology and using mobile devices. Development of APK-DK (STDM) is being conducted since 1995 in Russia, St. Petersburg. As of now, the system has been installed on more than 3000 stations and stages in Russia.

  6. Measurements Measurement of voltage in the tonal track circuits (TRC) in the frequencies range from 420 to5555 Hh Measurement of insulation resistance of the cable Measurement of voltage or current in power supply system Measurement of counter and time Measurement a current ofswitch moves

  7. Discrete data acquisition Discrete data acquisition controllers are connected to lamps of electric centralization board or relay contacts of interlocking. Numbers of checking discrete parameters:from 24 to 120 Sampling time: 10 times per second The couplings used in our system make it compatible with the systems currently used on the railway stations (e.g. Microprocessor centralization MPC, Relay-processor centralization RPC, systems of centralized traffic control CTC). Therefore, no additional mounting is required.

  8. Voltage and insulation resistance measurement in the track circuits One controller determines three parameters in each of eight railway circuits: voltage, phase shift and insulation resistance of cable conductors according ground. In addition the frequency of data acquisition is 1 per second. • In the tonal track circuits (TRC) we perform the voltage measurement in four points: • Out of track generator • Entrance of track receiver • On the relay coil • Out oftrack filter • Controllers are situated on the relay rack of electric centralized offices, electric centralized modules and automatic block system based on TRC modules. • Sampling time of controller is once per two seconds.

Insulation resistance measurement Following insulation resistance measurements are realized in the APK-DK(STDM) system: • insulation resistance of cable conductors relative to the ground(24 galvanic uncoupledchains); • insulation resistance of 24 galvanic uncoupledchains relative to each other in all combinations. Numbers of measuring channels -24 Measuring frequency: from 1 до 60 seconds Controller provides the insulation resistance measurementin the range from 0.1 to 100 Mohm. Safe connection to control chains is achieved using galvanic isolations of measuring channels among themselves. Insulation voltage is at least 2000V. Using AKSI-24 controller in the APK-DK (STDM) system provides uninterrupted and complex control of cable conductors conditions.

  10. Current and voltage measurement Current and voltage measurement in power supply system and switches is done by connecting to existing shunts. The cycle of measurements is up to 50 times per second. Voltages of power supply Plot of DC switch moves

  11. Algorithms for graph analysis We have developed algorithms for the graph analysis of currents of DC switch moves to identify violations in the performance of switches.

  13. Display of power scheme electrified section View contains the schema of track, coupled with the power supply scheme. The form shows the status of facilities remote control and remote signaling of power supply, and located within train’s section, showing its number and current time of backlog from the schedule.

  15. Diagnostics of traction substation View contains the mnemonic devices, traction substation. On the diagram shows the current status of the objects (bus sections, circuit breakers, disconnectorsand so on), and analog information that allows for continuous diagnostics of electrical equipment from traction substation, with automatic identification of abnormal controlled parameters.

Our company has all legal documents required by the Russian law for execution of such complex design and construction works.
