(for VOCA and FVPSA) The Federal equation for match is: Dollar amount requested ÷ .80 = Program Cost Program Cost x .20 = Match Example: $100,000 requested ÷ .80 = $125,000.00 (Program Cost) $125,000.00 (Program Cost) x .20 = $25,000.000 (Match) Example for Native American Programs located on a Reservation: $100,000 requested ÷ .95 = $105,263.15 (Program Cost) $105,263.15 (Program Cost) x .05 = $5,263.15 (Match) Reminder: Match can be met by in-kind, volunteer and / or cash donations

Reporting Periods Deadline July 1 – September 30 October 15 October 1 – December 31 January 15 January 1 – March 31 April 15 April 1 – June 30 July 15 Odes Inc. staff will now provide an overview of the reporting system Financial Reporting: The Monthly Financial Status and Request for Funds Report must be submitted by the fifteenth of the following month. Site Reviews and Monitoring: A minimum of one one-site review will be conducted annually.
