The Contractor is deemed to have allowed to have included for the delivery of the apprentice placement within their tendered / contract sum

Provide transparency in relation to the activity being undertaken on the project. • Ensure there is an early intervention in the procurement process to ensure that Labour forecasting and skills demand analysis is undertaken to provide specific useful information through which to manage your recruitment and training provision. • Where possible ensure we are both meet short term vacancies and long term needs where there is a lack of trained individuals within a particular skill gap provide you with that intelligence. • Work in a spirit of collaboration where rather than us providing you with a regular update a member of your team can work with us on either a part time or full time basis • Provide a regular update on progress against targets • Provide regular case studies as positive role models on individuals from the host boroughs that go into training and employment to ensure we meet our objectives around Equality, Diversity and Inclusion.
