  4. SR Templates • Specified in DICOM part 16 (Supplement 53) • Determine the layout of data within a specified Structured Report. • New IOD’s defined. (i.e. – Procedure Log IOD) • New Storage SOP classes defined. • Defines codes to be used within template.
