CACEO Priorities: • Unfunded State Mandates – AGAIN • Permanent Vote-by-Mail • Vote-by-Mail tabulation by precinct • 15-day Close of Registration • Voter Registration Procedures • Online Voter Registration Improvements • Accessibility • Multiple record submissions • Address standardization • Top 2 Primary Changes • Remove language from ballot • Threshold for Write-in candidates • Petition Reforms • Change trigger for 100% check to 95% to 105% • If 100%, once qualifies, counties can stop checking sigs
