  1. The following presentation is to explain the order settlement at the CHT eSHOP to you. Turn the pages of the presentation by means of the arrows on the left and right.

  2. You will be registered with a user name (christian name and surname) and will receive a password to get access to the eSHOP.

  3. On the first page you have various selection options: • 1. Product selection and information • Article conditions; downloading technical leaflets; request for safety data sheets; order settlement • 2. Present shopping cart • List of all products in the shopping cart; order continuation • 4. Previous orders • Access to the registered customer‘s last orders; new orders can be established on the base of these historical data • Log off • Termination of session • 3. Account information • Postal address, shipping address; terms of delivery and payment; person in charge at CHT

Product selection and information Indication of your article conditions Termination of the session Click on the packaging for more detailed information Step 1 for putting the product into the shopping cart Click on “TL“ for downloading the current version of the technical leaflets in various languages. Click on “MSDS“ for requesting safety data sheets.

  6. 2. Present shopping cart List of all products being in the shopping cart Products can be deleted by means of the waste basket symbol. The ordered quantity can be edited in the “Order qty.“ section. If you select “Reload“, your shopping cart is updated. With “Continue order“ the order is continued.

  7. 2. Present shopping cart/ order continuation Before you can finish your order, you will be asked to state the shipping address. You can now update your customer data if they are not correct. With “Continue order“ the order settlement is terminated.
