PROJECT REQUIREMENTs • Evaluate new system budget • Analyze the company strategy and validate project • Evaluate current situation from process, system, technology and organizational view • Define objectives and project scope • Define project structure and high level planning for selection process

REQUIREMENT OUTPUTS (FS) • Link current and future projects in planning • Consider existing systems viability and integration • Plan reengineering approach and fit • Big R - Perform first, then work into selection criteria • Little R - Include high level future functionality desired into selection criteria, develop detail processes around package capabilities • Perform a cost/benefit analysis • Validate the feasibility study report across the organization • Assemble cross functional project team
