History: Kenneth Paterson Nuergy Owner / Engineer has originated from over twenty years experience in the timber harvesting industry working as Service Engineer, Sales & Marketing Manager. • provided hydraulic technical support and “IT” supply chain solutions for timber harvesting. • sales & marketing manager while working with two of world’s largest forest machine equipment manufacturers, Established: • Nuergy established in 2004, operating in Forestry Equipment Engineering & Biomass Supply Chain. • initially contracted to export timber harvesting equipment world wide, from UK, to • Sweden, Russia, Baltic States & as far as Australia, • including importing biomass fuel from Sweden / Norway, • also provided design consultancy, due diligence and grant application consultancy • for two large biomass wood fuel production operations in the forest and at • production sites in Wick and Lockerbie producing and transporting wood chip • fuel from round wood and stumps / roots, • now nearly Seven years on and for the past Five years, the company with over • 150 units sold is Focused on Supply, Installation & Aftersales Service • of Automatic Biomass Boilers & Supply of Biomass Wood Fuel.

Prefabricated modules & Plant Rooms: We are now fabricating our own range of pellet boiler modules, steel and wood clad buildings from 23kW up to 100kw and supplying range of Janfire System Jet plant rooms from 60kW to 1.2MW . Nuergy’s in house design & Fabrication Service Design is supported by a number of building service professionals working under the guidance of Nuergy’s engineers ensuring the design, supply, installation and commissioning is delivered seamlessly. Nuergy are Microgeneration accredited (MCS) and HETAS trained, providing sales and marketing of Biomass Heating Systems, we have sold over 150 units UK wide from Kent to Moray, both Domestic and Commercial installations, hot water boilers, warm air heat exchangers and latterly 2.4MW of pellet burners for CHP steam generation plant in Teesside. Our Service is geared to your Specific Requirements with a major focus on providing a Robust Aftersales Service.

Froling Turbomatic Wood Chip & Pellet Boiler – 28kW to 100kW Froling wood pellet boilers are complimented by this universal boiler which can be adapted to use either chips, pellets or wood shavings. Operation is Convenient, Robust, Economical and Safe , the Turbomatic is graced with optional fuel feed mechanisms and can even be used in emergency's with wood logs. Automatic Ash removal is included in 70-100kW. Optimum combustion control accommodates changes in fuel moisture content. Automatic grate cleaning process with auto vibration ensuring maximum combustion efficiency is maintained at all times.
