  9. March 16, 2012 minutes con’d. • II. Discussion • Update on meeting with Marilyn • Nominated Bonita to be the Budget Administrator • Looked at advertising cost and reduced our proposed budget for this item • Talked about the entire year events • Marie will be in touch with Denise Miller regarding the final preparations that will be needed for her event on March 29th • Talked about our April event with the Master Gardeners and having Natalie Patchell as one of the panelists. Joe has agreed to contact Fair Food Matters.

March 16, 2012 minutes con’d. • The April 19th event was discussed and the time will be from 1-3pm • The Student Association (SNA) will help sponsor our September event. • Discussed asking the PTK to do something on energy as a break out session and asking the Student Dental Hygiene Association (SADHA) to help with the event. • Marylan contacted the Pottawatomi Tribe. November 15th is the date set for the Native American event.
