  1. Registration: Appellee Liaison

Roles & Responsibilities • Appointing Authority • Designate two (2) liaisons as his/her primary users • Make selections and update selections at any time by communicating in writing their intent to the Commission • Fill out System Access Form (SAD) available atwww.mpc.ok.gov • Liaisons • Receive all notices for petitions for their agency • Have access to all details of all petitions for their agency Merit Rule 455:10-3-4.1

  3. Registration • Log onto www.mpc.ok.gov • Click Online Filing

  4. Registration • Anyone who intends to use the Online Filing System must complete the registration process. • Users must select “Register” on the welcome screen to enter their registration information.

  5. Registration Must include the following information: • Confirmation signature or Representative confirmation signature • Sex* • Race* • Date of Birth*Account Type • First Name • Last Name • Email Address • Street Address • City • State • Zip Code • Home Phone • Work Phone Optional information includes: • Middle NameOther Phone Number * This demographic information is mandated for system identification purposes and for Commission reporting requirements.

  6. Registration • For all Appellee Liaisons select “All Others” in the Account Type options. • Once the Commission receives communication from the Appointing Authority, staff manually changes the designated users’ Account Type to Agency Liaison. Select “All Others”

  7. Registration: New Accounts • The system generates the account setup screen. • The user must: Confirm the email address by re-entering it; create a Login ID; create a password; • Designate security questions in the event the user forgets the password.

  8. Registration: New Accounts • You will receive a confirmation page stating that you registered. • An email with the activation link should be sent to your email account.

  9. Login Activation • Copy and Paste the “Login Activation Number” • Click “activate account link”

  10. Account Activation • Paste the required “Login Activation Number” and click “submit”

  11. Activation Complete • You can now log into the Online Filing System.
