Camp Zone 2013 Splash into Summer Welcome to Camp Zone at The Honor Roll School Camp Zone® offers fun-filled summer programs for children ages K-6th gradeEach week, campers jump into action, participating in exciting sports programs, exploring nature, becoming involved in performing and creative arts, playing a part in group activities, and attending special events. Our campers have the opportunity to expand their horizons during the summer, embarking on new adventures, and having fun! Our exceptional program and dedicated staff create an environment that forges lifelong friendships among our campers. We create a summer experience that is unforgettable! It all starts with our outstanding camp counselors. A camp is only as good as its staff, and we are extremely proud of ours. Talent, creativity, love of children, leadership and devotion make our camp counselors the heart and soul of the program. We take our camp programs seriously and begin our summer with intensive staff training and orientation. Camp Zone® counselors and specialists are doing exactly what they enjoy most: spending a summer inspiring campers to explore, reach for new heights, and expand their horizons. Camp Zone® gives you choices. Camp Zone® includes five days of activities, from 9:00am – 4:00 pm (extended hours are included). We offer a range of outdoor activities, plus indoor activities conducted in our fully air conditioned facility. Most activities come in multiple themes to appeal to discerning creative minds. Splash into Summer Field Trips Field Trips Week 1- June 3-7 Kitty Hollow Park Kemah Boardwalk Week 2-June 10-14 Discovery Green Houston Zoo Week 3- June 17-21 Minuit Maid Park Tour Downtown Aquarium General Info Camper Clothing & Footwear Children MUST wear shoes that they can run, jump and walk in during all types of camp activities, indoor & out!. Flip-flops or open back shoes will not be allowed for daily play. Crocs are ok, as long as they can place the back strap so they can participate in active play. Lunch Lunch will be provided except when noted for some field trips. Please remember that we are a nut-free campus. Week 7- July 15-19 Science Museum Discovery Green Week 8 – July 22-26 Children’s Museum Sugar Land Ice and Sports Center Week 9 – July 29 Aug. 2 Bricks for Kids Health Museum Week 10- Aug 5-9 Sugar Land Memorial Park Houston Arboretum Week 11- Aug 12-16 Fun Plex Miller Outdoor Theater Week 12- Aug 19-23 Sky Zone Port of Houston Week 4- June 24-28 Miller Outdoor Theater Oil Ranch Week 5- July 1-5 Sky Zone Young Chef’s Academy Splash Day - Every Friday . Please provide your child with a towel, sunscreen, a change of shoes and clothing if needed. We ask that girls wear one piece swimsuits ONLY! Apply sunscreen daily before coming to camp! Re-apply on swim days and field-trip days. Week 6- July 8-12 The Glazery Bayou Wildlife Park Date: Weeks 1- 12 ** All Fieldtrips are subject to change

  5. A one week’s deposit is required at the time of registration. This deposit will be applied towards your last week of camp.
