  4. Enter your name • Enter your employee # • Highlight the pay period • Type in the working month • In Activity type the director’s name you are working for (Staci) • Type in the numeric days • Type in your time in and out (example: 5:45 PM) • The time needs to be put in this way so the calculation work. • Type your name in employee signature Time Sheet Instructions

TIME SHEETS NEEDS TO TURNED IN ON THE FOLLOWING DAYS. • EVERY MONDAY MORNING (you can e-mail over the weekend) • EVERY 1st and 16th BEFORE 9:00 AM • PLEASE NOTE THAT YOU DON’T NEED TO WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY TO TURN THEM IN • WORK WEEK IS FRIDAY THRU THURSDAY • You are only allowed to work 39.75 hoursper work week. Filling out the voucher for your regular night All areas highlighted in yellow leave blank Sport is Softball League type you are working for that night put an X in the correct box Who is the voucher for (Official) put an X in the box Date worked is the actual day you are working League Day is the actual day of the week you are schedule for Work Location is the actual location you are scheduled for Total Games is the numbers of games that was worked (including forfeits) Site Rep is your signature and date the voucher 6:30, 7:30, 8:30, and 9:30

Voucher filled out for your regular night plus a game from another field All areas highlighted in yellow leave blank Sport is Softball League type you are working for that night put an X in the correct box Who is the voucher for (Official) put an X in the box Date worked is the actual day you are working League Day is the actual day of the week you are schedule for Work Location is the actual location you are scheduled for Total Games is the numbers of games that was worked (including forfeits) Site Rep is your signature and date the voucher 6:00, 7:00, 8:00, and 9:00 10:00 PM game from Sunnyside South

Voucher filled out for game being called and rescheduled for another time All areas highlighted in yellow leave blank Sport is Softball League type you are working for that night put an X in the correct box Who is the voucher for (Official) put an X in the box Date worked is the actual day you are working League Day is the actual day of the week you are schedule for Work Location is the actual location you are scheduled for Total Games is the numbers of games that was worked (including forfeits) Site Rep is your signature and date the voucher 6:30 & 7:30 8:30 game called at 8:43 with 41 minutes left and game in 2nd inning
