Extend your score sheets at the park • Will make doing stats easier at home • Make sure the bases are put away • Make sure the sheds are locked • Make sure the lights are turned out • Enter the scores into Quick Scores • Fill out your time sheet for the time worked for the day Finishing Up the Night

  6. Log onto the site by using www.quickscores.com\sportsoffice At the top of the page it will look like this Click on me and then you can continue ENTERING SCORES INTO THE INTERNET

  7. After entering above information click here Your Usernameand Password will be a generic one. This is for the purpose of when you are filling in for another scorekeeper you will be able to enter the scores for that night also. This information will come with your packet

  8. After logging in on the left side of the page you will see this

  9. When you click on View Schedulethis is what you will see

  10. By clicking on your league this is what you will see

  11. By clicking on Printer Friendly this is what you will see

  12. To enter your scoresclick on the Post Scores after logging in

  13. Enter the score next to the team name Note on forfeit The score you will enter is 7 This is what you will see

  14. The comment should only be used for Emergency Add with the comments reading (Em Add used by Team XXX) If both teams used their emergency add for this game, then list both teams by name) Then click on highlight. This is what it will look like • Game not played due to rain or anything else • The Sports Office will use this section to list where the rescheduled game came from The comment spaceHighlight Box

  15. If you find you entered the wrong score, go back to that game and enter correct score and click on submit button below post scores to make correction. After you have entered all of the scores click on the Submit • When complete Log out at the top right hand corner of the page.
