  3. 4th year Medical Students Pre-operative to post-operative care I, II, III Duration 12 week Rotate to orthopaedics 1 week for 4 groups 2nd, 5th, 6th, 9th week 11-12 students per group

  4. Objective for 4th year Trauma in orthopaedics : fractures, dislocations, soft tissue injuries Basic orthopaedic examination

  5. Previous Strategies Join with intensive course Before beginning of clinical study Problems - Need too much teachers - Too much systems in examination made students confuse - Different rotation in each student

  6. Strategies Basic orthopaedics examination - Look - Feel - Move - Measure

  7. Give VCD demonstration (Monday) Self watching by student Self training with friends

  8. Thursday Teacher and Students watch VCD together Ask and answer question

  9. Students demonstrate all examination Teach again by teacher Teacher checklist Fail Pass
