  3. Starter • What would you do if you had Harry Potter’s invisibility cloak for a day? • What are your motivations for this?

  4. Think-Pair-Share • Is it good to be selfish? Why/why not? • Aren’t we often driven by selfish desires? Is it any different with morality?

  5. Egoism Egoism−it is right to act in your own self interest What is your initial response to this theory? Is that consistent with how you’ve responded to other scenarios?

  6. Egoism worksheet Read the scenario on the egoism sheet and answer the questions in your book.
