  3. Air Pollutant Watch List • TCEQ’s program to address areas with persistent, elevated air toxic concentrations • 10 active APWL areas

  4. Air Pollutant Watch List • Focus TCEQ resources • Engage industries and the public • Develop strategic action plans to remediate areas

  5. Recent Changes • Redefined APWL areas in Harris County • Bastrop removed from APWL

  6. Other APWL Initiatives • New information on the Web to help better prepare an application • Consistent application and review procedures for APWL areas in all TCEQ regions
