  3. Homework • Every night • 20-30 minutes of reading • Note review • Vocabulary/Spelling practice • As needed to complete in-class work

  4. Returning from an Absence • Sharepoint Page • Meridianschools.org/ems • meridianschools.org/school websites/middle schools/Eagle Middle/Staff/Class Information • “What Did I Miss” Crate • Absent sheet and handouts • Absent Deadline • Up to one week

  5. Turning in Work • Colored Drawers/Ticket Out/Pass In • In vs. Out • FDQ and Heading • “No Name” board • Late Work—attach label • Accepted up to 2 weeks of original due date • Penalized 10% each day late, up to 40% off • Absent Work—attach label

  6. Grades • PowerSchools Procedures • Check PowerSchools at least 2 x each month • Grades are updated 1 x each week • Late work is graded last

  7. Necessary Interruptions • Use common sense and courtesy for… • Sharpening pencils • Throwing things away • Getting a drink • Using the restroom • Getting materials • Fire Drill post #41 • Lock Down drill
