  5. Common instrument EQF - voluntary mechanism for cooperation between countries and systems • Aims: • to enhance transparency • to support mutual trust • to enable transfer and recognition of qualification

  6. Supporting tools to EQF/NGF • ECTS: • ECVET • ECTS in HE • Europass • CQAF next step : developing, testing and implementing NQF, ECVET on national level

  7. Creating EQF/NQF recommendations • to consider interests of craft and small enterprises • simple and accesible • learning outcomes oriented • to reflect the work place reality/present and future • to correspond to the highest level of excellence/ master../not only academic input oriented

  10. Common EU and national tools and principles • NQF- master degree on 6th level? • ECVET-60 CP for master degree not enough • Europass-make it more visible for employer • Mobility-idea of qualifying mobility

  11. Common space-thinking of future • exploring future skills needs on the labour market • creating new jobs • creating new forms of work • reducing barriers and strengthening links between levels and forms of general education-VET and VET-HE
