My Work Finder – Mobile Application The Problem Area / Objectives/ Why this Application was Developed MyWorkFinder follows tag line “Connect to find the Jobs” System should provide two types of accounts one is Recruitment Agency’s Admin Account and second is Worker or Job Seeker Account!!! As a Job Agency company you can manage profile with you experience details and expertise and as a Job Agency account you can verify Job Seeker profile, post jobs and hire the best person around the globe. System should also work with Google Maps implication track experts/jobs for you from location you want just type a location e.g. (Country State/City) or (State/City), and keyword and you will get what you want. As a Worker/Job Seeker you can add your skills, work experience and education to your portfolio so the companies can review easily. Both account types Job Agency and Worker/Job Seeker can connect with each other once Recruitment Agency can verify the Job Seeker/Worker profile and connected users can see contact information of each other and also can chat over the mobile app

My Work Finder – Mobile Application The Scope of Work / Description • Create Account as a Recruitment Agency or a Job Seeker/Worker • Worker can add their Skills, Work Experience, Education, profession name and details about them a complete portfolio so that Recruitment Agency can review them and verify them. • Recruitment Agency can post jobs, add their business name and details about work and estimated budget • Job Seeker/Worker and Recruitment Agency can be connected with each other by criteria filtration and other parameters. • Connected users can get each other’s contact information and chat with each other. • Worker can apply to a specific job which is posted by Recruitment Agency. The Recruitment Agency can take a final decision to select specific job seeker for that specific job or not. And at the end of job the Recruitment Agency can give Job Seeker/Worker review and ratings. • Job Seeker/Worker users will get notifications when any new job posted by Recruitment Agency.
