WCA Floor Deviations • Purpose: Impact/Benefits from lowering WCA Floor Elevations for April – October 2007 • Analysis performed using SFWMM in Position Analysis mode • Base Case (Alt 0): April 07 Position Analysis with no additional demand management for LEC Service Areas • Deviations: Base with lowered floor elevations in all 3 WCAs

  3. WCA FLOOR ELEVATION ALTERNATIVES (feet, NGVD) All alternatives propose a sloping floor elevation to provide a gradual transition from the baseline floor elevations to the specified floor elevations.
