Airline Retrofit Program • Should be Simple & Inexpensive to install. • Manufacturers must recognize existing fleets. • AA pursuing a CMU based architecture to ease retrofit process. • One part # for all fleets • Reduces future Support Costs • Facilitates future Msg. sets / Functions / Cert. • 777 Evolution (?)
