  7. EVIDENCE SUFFICIENCY • Provide evidence of their work as managers • to prove that they work in accordance • with all relevant performance criteria • Process evidence (blank forms/policies etc) • Ownership • Reflective Approach • PERFORMANCE EVIDENCE IS CRUCIAL

Knowledge • Most of the knowledge should be inherent in the candidate’s work and must be explicitly evident in the records of observations, personal statements or by answers to questions. • Should reflect level being undertaken Candidates must show that they possess the underpinning knowledge and understanding outlined in the standards

  9. BEHAVIOURS Behaviours – should be used as guidance on how the performance criteria should be achieved but they do not need to be assessed

Internal Verification • Completing the loop – showing how actions identified are followed through, completed and signed off. • Cascading EV development points through CPD where appropriate and evidencing in logs/minutes/action plans. • Providing feedback to assessors which enable further development Interim and final verification even with experienced assessors Clear and transparent sampling plans to ensure full coverage of units/assessors
